Digital purchase and delivery
These products are digital PDF downloads. No physical product is shipped. The product page states what is included; the associated parent/educator guide is included in the purchase, not sold separately. You need a PDF reader and, for printed activities, a printer.
The total and payment currency are shown in Stripe Checkout before you pay. After Stripe confirms payment, the personal order page provides the individual PDFs. Keep your files and order link safely. Your personal order link must not be shared.
One purchase. One licensed user.
The standard toolkit licence permits one individual purchaser to use the materials as an educational reference and support resource in their own household, their own classroom or their own therapeutic practice. The licensed user may print the pages needed for direct, in-person use with the children or clients they personally support. This includes writing, colouring and completing the intended activities.
This is not a school-wide, team, colleague, organisation or redistribution licence. Colleagues must obtain their own licence. Buying on behalf of a school or practice does not give everyone working there access.
No digital sharing or online publication
You may not email, forward, transfer, give away or resell the PDFs, scans, photographs of complete activity pages, source files or personal download links. This applies to colleagues, other teachers or therapists, parents, clients and students. Do not upload them to shared drives, school portals, learning platforms, class apps, websites, social media, course libraries or any other online location, including password-protected groups.
You may not distribute print-ready digital copies to participants or other users. Permitted printed copies are limited to the educational activities you personally deliver; they are not for colleagues to copy, independently deliver, sell or redistribute.
No adaptations, rebranding or competing products
The licence does not permit translating, rewriting, rewording, extracting, tracing, redesigning, recolouring, rebranding or otherwise adapting the protected materials into a new version, resource, course, curriculum, product or training. Do not remove authorship credits, logos or copyright notices. You may not use AI or other tools to reproduce or adapt the protected text, character artwork, illustrations, worksheets or original designs for these purposes.
Changing wording, colours or layout does not itself grant permission to use a protected work or a substantial protected part of it. These restrictions concern the original expression in the materials and your contractual licence; they do not claim exclusive ownership of general ideas, facts or therapeutic concepts. Statutory exceptions and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
School and team use
Using the materials across multiple classrooms, with a school team or throughout an organisation requires a separate licence. The standard toolkit purchase does not include that permission. A school curriculum with its own scope and price may be offered later; it is not included in current purchases.
Copyright and permissions
Original Rainbow Ghost texts, character artwork, illustrations, activity designs and other protected material remain subject to the rights of their respective copyright owners. Rainbow Ghost is created by Dounia Bouadi; original book illustrations are by Febriana Kristy Dewanti. All rights not expressly licensed are reserved.
For permissions outside the standard licence, contact us before use. Attribution, buying a copy or describing a copy as “inspired by” does not replace permission where permission is legally required.
Consumer rights and withdrawal
Mandatory consumer rights, including rights when digital content is faulty or not as described, are not excluded. If a statutory withdrawal period applies, a consumer normally has 14 days from concluding the digital purchase to notify us of withdrawal. Immediate access does not, by itself, remove that right.
The digital-content exception applies only where the legally required express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement of loss of the withdrawal right have been obtained and confirmed. Accepting the use licence alone is not such a waiver. We do not apply an unconditional “no refunds” rule.
To notify us of withdrawal or a problem, email douniayourjourney@gmail.com or use the contact form. Include your name, purchase email, product and order reference, without sharing your private access link publicly. You may use this wording: “I hereby notify you that I withdraw from my purchase of [product], ordered on [date], under [order reference]. My name and purchase email are [details].” We will respond to the request and process any legally required refund.
Educational use and professional responsibility
The toolkits are educational support resources. They are not a diagnosis, emergency service or replacement for individual professional assessment. Professionals remain responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate in their own setting.
Privacy
An order is not permission for marketing emails. See our privacy notice for payment, access, email and data processing. If you buy under these terms, the applicable version governs that purchase; we do not retroactively impose later licence terms on an earlier purchase.
