Rainbow Ghost emails and printables
The coloring pages and posters are a welcome gift for joining the Rainbow Ghost email list. Your address is added to our dedicated MailerLite group only after you check the consent box and submit the form. We record your address, choice and request date. The PDF links appear on the website when MailerLite accepts your signup request.
Rainbow Ghost emails may include playful ideas, new printables and offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or ask us through the contact form. If you do not want Rainbow Ghost emails, do not submit the printable signup form.
Book news
The form beside the book also gives you immediate access to the 8 coloring pages and 8 feeling posters. With your checked consent, it adds your email to the Rainbow Ghost updates group and records your printable request. We also try to add your address to a separate book-interest group for occasional news about publication, availability and book offers. If that second step fails, we will tell you; your free PDFs are still available. You can unsubscribe through an email or contact us to request removal.
Contact form
If you send us a message, we save your name, email address, message and the date you sent it so we can read and reply. A notification with your message may also be sent to Dounia through the website service.
Analytics and purchases
We use the website's Manus analytics to understand visits and interactions such as printable requests and checkout starts. For purchases made through this website, Stripe processes payments and collects the information needed for checkout. Rainbow Ghost checks Stripe's payment confirmation before offering a paid digital download. We do not collect or store card details on this website. A purchase does not automatically subscribe you to Rainbow Ghost marketing emails; those require separate consent. See Stripe's privacy notice for its payment processing.
Optional emails after a purchase
The optional, unchecked box at checkout lets you choose Rainbow Ghost tips, new materials and offers. This choice is separate from the purchase terms and is recorded with its wording version and request time in Stripe's order metadata. Only after a confirmed payment and your explicit choice may your email and purchased toolkit names be used in our dedicated MailerLite buyer group. These details help us send relevant use tips and avoid offering the same toolkit again. Your private download link is not sent to MailerLite, and no children's, clients' or health information is collected for this purpose.
Buyer follow-up is separate from the free collection welcome series. You can unsubscribe from marketing in any marketing email. Leaving the optional box unchecked does not affect payment, your files or the functional purchase email, and does not cancel an existing subscription; use its unsubscribe link if you no longer want those emails.
Purchase confirmation emails
Purchase confirmation and file-access emails are functional messages needed to fulfil your order, not marketing emails. When the sender is connected, MailerSend receives the purchase email address recorded by Stripe, the product name and the private file-access link for delivery. Click and open tracking are disabled for these messages. We store only the Stripe session identifier, delivery state, attempt count and provider message identifier locally to prevent duplicate messages and resolve delivery problems. We do not add purchasers to MailerLite without a separate marketing signup.
Your order link is personal. Keep it private and do not include children’s or clients’ information in messages to us. The single-user purchase terms explain how the materials may be used.
Storage and deletion
The website, its database and download files are hosted through Manus WebDev and its storage providers. We keep these details for as long as they are needed for the purposes above; payment records held by Stripe may also be retained where required. You can ask us to delete your contact message or download request through our contact form.
